Systems Engineer – Defence Technology Programme
Location: Stevenage | Hybrid Working: 3 days on-site, 2 remote | Salary: Up to £55,000

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and communicate system concepts, architectures, and trades
* Elicit and decompose requirements for complex systems
* Work with design teams to define design principles and constraints
* Support cross-functional assessment and analysis activities
* Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
* Present technical solutions to senior stakeholders and influence design decisions
Candidate Profile:
* Strong analytical and systems thinking skills
* Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
* Experience with multi-domain systems and architectural processes
* Agile mindset and willingness to learn and deliver in a collaborative environment
* Attention to detail, organisational skills, and effective communication
