Job Description P&L Recruitment are working exclusively with a highly successful property company based in Glasgow City Centre to recruit a Senior Accounts Assistant on a full-time permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to progress their career within a well established finance team. The ideal candidate will have a property background and be able to liaise with Property Managers.
The main Duties:
Responsible for quarterly client invoicing, handling account queries, and processing billing amendments
Overseeing the movement, reconciliation, and management of client-held funds
Assisting the finance team with additional tasks and providing cover where needed
Utility account management
Other finance duties
The main requirements:
Previous accounts experience within Property
Excellent problem solving skills
Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, third parties, and external partners.
Skilled in accounting software, with advanced Excel capabilities for data management and reporting.
