Via is confidentially supporting a well-established and growing organisation in the search for an Application Support Analyst to join their IT team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 23 years experience to step into a hands-on role supporting business-critical systems, gaining exposure across a wide technology landscape while building deep system knowledge.
The Role Youll be the go-to person for application and systems support, helping users troubleshoot issues, improve system usage, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting users with day-to-day system queries and issues
Triaging and resolving tickets through an ITSM system
Delivering a high level of first-time fixes and escalating where needed
Maintaining clear documentation of processes and resolutions
Supporting system administration tasks and liaising with external suppliers
Managing incidents, requests, and changes in line with SLAs
Continuously identifying opportunities to improve service and performance
What Were Looking For 23 years experience in an Application Support / IT Support role
Experience working with business systems or SaaS platforms (e.g. ClickUp or similar)
A proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Ability to prioritise workload and perform under pressure
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
A motivated, resilient individual with a desire to learn and improve
