We are currently seeking enthusiastic and caring SEN Teaching Assistants to join our friendly and supportive teams in schools across Cranleigh and the surrounding area. About the Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs (including autism, ADHD, speech & language difficulties, and social/emotional needs) Work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists to deliver personalised learning and interventions Support children both academically and emotionally, helping to create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment Promote independence, confidence, and positive behaviour About You: We’re looking for someone who is: Passionate about supporting children with additional needs Patient, empathetic, and adaptable to changing needs A great communicator and team player Ideally experienced in SEN support (though training can be provided) Qualified to Level 2 or Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent), or with relevant classroom experience We Offer: Supportive school communities with dedicated leadership teams Ongoing professional development and training Opportunities for career progression into HLTA or SEN specialist roles A rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact How to Apply: Please send your CV.
