We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team. This role will be to enable excellence across our school both in and out of the classroom. This will be based in our Early Years Team originally, but all members of our team work across our school. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our youngest learners, helping them to develop a love for learning from their very first steps in education.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the learning, development and wellbeing of children
2. Work closely with class teachers and SENDCo to provide outstanding provision for all children, including those with SEND
3. Build positive relationships with children, parents/carers and staff
4. Assist with classroom organisation and preparation of resources
5. Promote inclusion and help every child reach their full potential
6. Uphold and actively promote safeguarding best practice
