* Conduct initial candidate outreach and telephone screening
* Maintain candidate records and update the CRM/ATS
* Formatting CV's to send to clients
* Assist consultants with interview coordination and candidate management
* Build and maintain talent pools for key roles
* Provide a smooth and positive candidate experience
* Keep up to date with industry trends and candidate availability
? Requirements
* Previous experience in a resourcing, recruitment, or administrative role
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Confident using job boards, and recruitment systems
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to learn
* Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

* Knowledge of Boolean search techniques
