📋What you’ll be doing:
* Leading a strong team across front of house & kitchen, inspiring warmth, energy & service excellence.
* Working directly with our owners to hit ambitious growth targets and set new standards for guest experience.
* Coaching managers & staff, running training, and creating a happy, high-performing team.
* Overseeing GOS (Guest Opinion Scores) and making the changes needed to keep them sky-high.
* Working with the kitchen to ensure food quality, speed, and service hit top marks.
* Driving improvements to processes, capacity management & team capability.
