Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our high-performing and collaborative team based in Newcastle. This is a permanent role, which can be either Full Time or Part Time.
In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting live mandates while developing a deep understanding of our markets, clients, and candidate networks. You will operate as a key delivery partner to consultants, contributing directly to search execution and long-term talent pipelining.
Key Responsibilities
Own and maintain the integrity of our internal CRM, ensuring accurate, high-quality market and candidate data.
Proactively engage with candidates across multiple levels to maintain live intelligence on availability, mobility, and market trends.
Conduct structured market mapping across target organisations, identifying talent pipelines and competitor insights.
Draft and manage compelling job advertisements across digital channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and the company website.
Partner closely with consultants to support end-to-end search delivery, including candidate identification, outreach, and shortlisting.
Conduct professional candidate screening calls, assessing suitability, motivations, and cultural alignment.
Collaborate cross-functionally with consultants across sector verticals to identify shared talent pools and business development insights.
Build and nurture your own emerging candidate network through referrals, social platforms, and proactive engagement.
Produce high-quality candidate profiles and market insights to support client presentations and search strategies.
About You
Minimum 5 years' experience in a customer-facing, sales-based environment.
Minimum 3years' Recruitment agency experience
Highly motivated, ambitious, and driven by progression within a meritocratic environment.
Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Resilient and deadline-driven, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
