About the Role:
We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Community Nurses to join our growing team for placements across Leicester. You will be working within the community, providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes or care settings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver holistic nursing care in line with NMC standards
* Conduct patient assessments and create care plans
* Administer medication and manage chronic conditions
* Collaborate with wider healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
* Keep accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
Requirements:
* Valid NMC registration (RGN)
* Previous experience in community nursing (minimum 6 months preferred)
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable
