The Finance Manager plays a key role in delivering accurate, timely financial reporting to support strategic decision-making across the business. You’ll produce monthly management accounts, lead cashflow forecasting, develop KPIs, and maintain strong financial controls.
You’ll support budgeting and forecasting across all departments, manage asset and cost allocation, provide payroll and headcount insights, and contribute to statutory reporting and audits. This role is central to ensuring financial accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Skills and Experience
* Excellent analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Strong technical accounting knowledge.
* Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
* Confident in challenging the status quo and proposing improvements.
* ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification.
* Competent with Microsoft Office applications.
