Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or significant experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.
* Scrum Product Owner certification preferred.
* Sound judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
* Excellent communication skills for conveying complex ideas across departments.
* Capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and maintain high standards.
* Expertise in understanding and leveraging new technologies quickly.
* Strong stakeholder management skills to facilitate change delivery.
