HR Business Partner - Belfast - Immediate start MCS Group is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a leading public sector organisation as they look to add an HR Business Partner to their team on a 6 month FTC basis. The role: As HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in delivering strategic and operational HR support. You'll work closely with line managers, offering expert guidance on areas including: Recruitment and selection (end-to-end campaigns) Attendance and absence management Performance, grievance and disciplinary matters HR policy development Stakeholder and Trade Union engagement HR reporting and data insights The successful candidate must have: Current CIPD membership (minimum Associate level) Experience across the following HR services: Recruitment and selection in line with NI employment legislation Attendance and case management Employee relations and performance guidance to managers Excellent written and verbal communication.
