Key Responsibilities:
* Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service across all areas
* Develop and deliver fresh, seasonal menus rooted in modern British cuisine
* Manage kitchen costs including GP targets, stock control, and ordering
* Train and mentor your team to uphold consistency and excellence
* Maintain full compliance with hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards

The Person
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a quality hotel or high-volume venue
* Confident in creating contemporary, commercially viable dishes
* Calm under pressure with strong leadership and team management skills
* Organised, detail-focused, and highly knowledgeable about stock control and food safety
