Salary: £12,698.40 plus comission
Contract: Full-time, on-site in person, permanent role (20 hrs per week)

To set you up to succeed, all new starters complete 2 weeks of full-time, fully paid training at our Seaham office.
Monday – Friday
9:00am – 5:00pm
No experience? No problem. We'll give you the tools, training, and confidence to thrive from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
* Handling inbound customer service and complaint calls
* Understanding each customer's needs and matching the right solutions for their household
* Building genuine rapport so every customer feels heard and valued
* Troubleshooting issues and delivering effective, clear solutions
* Turning challenging conversations into positive experiences

Part-Time Shift Patterns (20 Hours Per Week)
Structured hours. Clear rotas. Work-life balance built in.
Morning Shift
8:00am – 1:00pm
* 5 days out of 7
* Includes weekend work on a rota
* Weekend shifts fall between 8:00am – 2:00pm
Evening Shift
5:00pm – 9:00pm
* Monday to Friday only
* No weekend working
