Ward Security are seeking a vigilant and professional Mobile Security Officer to join our team. This role is dynamic, offering varied tasks, and the opportunity to make a real impact.
Position: Mobile Security Officer - NHS Hospital Patrol
Pay rate: £12.60 per hour
Shift Pattern: 4 on 2 off day and night rotation. 56 hours per week average.
Shift Times:06:30 - 18:30 / 18:30 - 06:30
Location: NHS Hospital Patrol, Dartford

Job Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, properties, or routes to ensure safety and security
* Respond to security breaches, alarms, or suspicious activities in a timely manner
* Mobile and foot patrols of buildings
* Lock and unlock duties
* Document and report all incidents, including security breaches, accidents, or unusual occurrences
* Flexibility to respond to different locations as needed
* Operate company vehicle in order to travel between site
* Handle conflicts or disputes calmly and effectively, de-escalating situations when necessary
Must have:
* Door Supervisor SIA licence
* UK Manual Driving licence
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Quick thinking and problem-solving skills
* A positive attitude to dealing with people and taking on challenges
