What You’ll Be Doing
* Project Management and CI: Plan and deliver multi-stream IT program including cloud adoption, core banking platform upgrades, API integrations and Cyber security enhancements to agreed timelines and costs. Including project artefact's including delivery plans, RAID, dependency maps and DevOps management for Agile delivery
* IT PMO: Establish and mature a IT PMO, working in partnership with the Enterprise PMO to ensure alignment with governance, reporting standards and strategic delivery frameworks.
* Governance: ensure delivery aligns with architectural standards, security policies, regulatory frameworks and internal governance such as change control, risk manage
* People Management: Be accountable for the team performance, managing any performance issues promptly and in line with company policy. Developing staff and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and growth. Provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and support career progression through tailored development plans and mentoring.
* Stakeholder Management: Understand all business areas whilst building relationships with key customers. Translate technical plans into value driven business updates. Mange vendor relationships and third party delivery partners
* Risk Management: Proactively analyse potential risks and manage their mitigation in alignment with Paragon’s risk framework.

* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* The ability of working under pressure, taking the initiative, and prioritizing both their own and others' workloads
* A flexible approach is required, with the ability to deliver results within tight deadlines when necessary

Working hours
Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week - hybrid role 2/3 days in the office.
