This Senior Direct Marketing Executive position offers the chance to take a lead role in shaping engaging campaigns that reach thousands of customers. Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the delivery and continual improvement of direct marketing campaigns for active and lapsed customers through testing and personalisation.
* Coordinating monthly direct mail campaigns, from concept through to delivery.
* Developing creative briefs, managing copy and imagery, and reviewing content for accuracy and tone.
* Managing data transfers and ensuring GDPR compliance.
* Liaising with mailing houses, print suppliers, and internal stakeholders to meet campaign deadlines.
* Producing and analysing campaign reports to assess performance and inform future strategy.
* Negotiating with print suppliers to obtain best value and exploring new formats to boost engagement.
* Managing offer code testing and responding to queries from internal teams.
* Assisting with projects that introduce new technology and AI-driven tools to improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within direct or customer marketing. Strong attention to detail, excellent written communication, and the ability to juggle multiple projects are essential. They will be organised, proactive, and comfortable working to tight deadlines. Experience working with print suppliers, CRM data, or campaign performance analysis would be advantageous. A marketing qualification and an interest in health, wellness, or nutrition would also be beneficial.
