Counterbalance Forklift Driver - Nights Right Now Group | Colnbrook / Slough Right Now Group are seeking experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join our busy warehouse team in Colnbrook. You will be responsible for operating material handling equipment safely, managing pallet movements, and supporting the smooth flow of goods through warehouse and dispatch operations. Key Responsibilities Safely and efficiently operate counterbalance forklifts in line with company policies and health & safety standards Load, unload, move, and stack materials, goods, and products Carry out daily visual safety inspections of forklift equipment and report any faults Accurately complete warehouse documentation and support inventory control procedures Assist with picking, packing, labelling, and general warehouse duties when required Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times Location Colnbrook / Slough Shift Options (Nights Only - 19:00 to 07:00) Candidates can be placed on one of the following night shift patterns : 4 on / 4 off Monday to Friday Tuesday to Saturday Pay Rate £13.77 per hour Requirements Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB / ITSSAR accredited or equivalent) Proven experience operating counterbalance forklifts in a warehouse or logistics environment Working knowledge of PMC systems or similar inventory management tools Strong understanding of warehouse health & safety practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills and accurate record-keeping How to Apply If you are a reliable and experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver looking for a night shift role, apply now and a member of the Right Now Group team will be in touch.
