Administration Assistant - Liverpool - £24,500k - Perm Working with an established local business, we are recruiting for an experienced administrator to join an organisation who really make a difference. Working across a range of departments this role will see you support all areas of the business to ensure its smooth operations. Reporting into Senior Management you will be responsible for; Coordinating all travel and accommodation across the UK Managing and organising multiple online diaries Updating, amending and populating documentation Updating internal systems and carrying out complex data entry Ensuring compliance at all times for both the business and its staff Supporting with staff paperwork such as DBS checks, qualification checking etc This role requires a candidate with proven administrative experience, ideally someone who has touch on assistant work, who is keen to support the ever-changing needs of a business. Youll need to be well organised, able to spin many plates at once, and not shy away from a challenge. Acting with tact, diplomacy and discretion youll need to be a team player able to support others but work autonomously. The role requires a candidate with a C or above in English and Math.
