Role: Business Systems Analyst (Civica Cx & EDRM) - Maternity Cover (FixedTerm)
Salary: £33,870
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Worthing / Hybrid
Contract type: Fixed term
Worthing Homes is a forward-looking housing association dedicated to providing affordable, high-quality homes and services to our local communities. We're a small but dynamic organisation, managing 4,000 homes serving over 10,000 residents across our range of properties from social housing to sheltered accommodation to shared ownership properties.
Our work is driven by a shared passion for supporting our local communities and making a positive impact on our customers' lives. We are at an exciting and transformative stage of our journey, embracing innovation and fresh ideas as we continue to improve services and deliver brilliant outcomes for the people who live in our homes.
We're looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our IT & Insights Team and play a key role in delivering a service that make a real difference to our customers.
About the Role
We're seeking a technically capable Business Systems Analyst to provide maternity cover, with a primary focus on Civica Cx and our EDRM document management processes in SharePoint (and integrations with Mosaic). You'll be the go to technical contact for Cx configuration and document control, ensuring our users can work effectively and that customer data is handled accurately and securely.
Day to day, you'll manage Cx permissions, workflows, configuration changes and environment quality; maintain and improve document management rules across systems; troubleshoot technical issues; and support data integrity and compliance. You'll also create user guides, deliver training, and work collaboratively with ICT and service teams to strengthen processes and resolve integration challenges.
About You
You're a hands on, methodical technical analyst who enjoys solving problems and making processes work smoothly for users. You'll bring hands on experience administering Civica Cx or a similar housing management platform, along with strong skills in workflow design, configuration changes, and SharePoint based EDRM. You're comfortable working with control terms, stored procedures, and integrated filing processes, and you can communicate clearly with nontechnical colleagues while producing high quality documentation. With a collaborative approach and a focus on service improvement, you'll support process mapping and contribute to project delivery. Experience with Azure AD/Entra ID, data integrations or SQL, and an understanding of UK social housing would be beneficial.
