Job Summary
Electrician – Testing and Remedial – Mobile – 18th Edition, Slough – Salary to £45,000, commercial van, overtime to £10,000 (total £55,000 package).
We are a leading compliance and electrical testing specialist seeking a Mobile Electrician to work across a wide range of commercial clients in the Slough area.
Responsibilities
* Conduct Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) across commercial sites.
* Diagnose electrical faults and carry out remedial works, including small installations and minor upgrades.
* Prepare method statements, risk assessments and point‑of‑work assessments.
* Maintain accurate records and reports using mobile devices.
* Work flexibly across shifts, including weekends, nights and regional travel.
Qualifications
* City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing Certification.
* Proven experience in electrical testing (EICRs) and remedial works in commercial environments.
* Relevant electrical qualifications such as 18th Edition and ECS Gold Card.
* Strong knowledge of electrical safety regulations and compliance standards.
* Excellent problem‑solving skills and a customer‑focused approach.
* Willingness to work unsociable hours, including weekends and overnight, at enhanced overtime rates.
