About The Role:
We are working with a highly respected, design-led AJ100 practice celebrated for its thoughtful approach to adaptive re-use schemes. The studio is seeking a talented BIM Coordinator to join their London team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of innovative and design-focused projects.
As part of an established BIM team, you will help the integration of digital design processes across a diverse portfolio, working closely with architects and consultants to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and creativity in project execution. The ideal candidate will bring experience working within an architecture-focused BIM environment, with a strong understanding of design intent, technical delivery, and coordination workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
* Aid the digital design within a project team
* Support the team with training and support in Revit
* Collaborate with project teams to develop workflows and BIM set up
* Assist with developing practice and project standards
* Manage multiple projects
* Coordinate with external stakeholders
* Review projects, models and documentation
Key Skills/Requirements:
* Experienced BIM coordinator
* Expert Revit and Navisworks knowledge
* Experience delivering large scale architecture schemes
* Advanced experience in digital software plug in such as Rhino and Grasshopper
* Strong communication skills
