HGV Class 1 Car Transporter Driver
Salary: GBP40,000 per year
Location: Milton Keynes
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shifts: Monday to Friday with occasional overnights/weekends
We re recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 1 Car Transporter Driver to join a high-end vehicle delivery team based in Milton Keynes. You ll be transporting prestige vehicles across the UK (and optionally into Europe) using enclosed 6-car Rolfo trailers.
About the Role:
* Load, secure, and deliver customer vehicles safely and on time
* Complete all relevant paperwork (CMRs, customs docs, digital handovers)
* Act as a brand ambassador professional, well-presented, and customer-focused
* Follow all driving hours and tachograph regulations
* Occasionally stay overnight depending on routes
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 years experience with Class 1 Car Transporters (for insurance)
* Experience with Rolfo or Covered Car Transporters is essential
* Valid HGV CE licence, CPC & Tacho card
* No more than 6 points on licence
* Strong communication & customer service skills
* Detail-focused, tech-savvy, and reliable
* Able to pass DBS and drugs/alcohol screening
