About the Role
You will be working 24-hour shifts including a sleep-in, providing person-centred support tailored to each individual.

Who You'll Be Supporting
A – Ilminster
Hours - Every other Saturday (24 hours)
* Cat lovers apply (A has 2 cats)
* Enjoys arts and crafts, woodwork, and playing on her PS5
* Does not require personal care
* Prefers quiet company — someone calm who won't "boss her around"
* Has sensory processing needs
* Non-smokers only (sensitive to smell)
B – Wincanton
Hours – Every Tuesday (24 hours)
Every other Saturday (24 hours)
* Loves animals and Harry Potter
* Enjoys swimming, bowling, cinema trips, baking, board games
* Watches crime documentaries & medical dramas on Netflix
* B uses an electric wheelchair and does require personal care
C – Yeovil
Hours – Every other Friday (24 hours)
Every other Saturday (24 hours)
* Enjoys fishing, coffee outings, mini golf, go-karting & skittles
* Likes watching football and TV
* Very independent
* Does not require personal care
* C likes a support worker who is able to step back and use a "hands-off" style
D – Yeovil
Hours – Every Tuesday (24 hours)
Every Thursday (24 hours)
Every Friday (24 hours)
· Enjoys coffee outings, motorbikes and trips to the beach
· Enjoys listening to music and watching films
· Independent and does not require personal care
