Job Overview
This is a peak-period dual role, where you'll spend part of your week as an AIGL, and the rest of the week as an AIGL Team Leader.
Responsibilities
As AIGL Team Leader you’ll lead, motivate and inspire your team of up to 6 AIGLs to deliver incredible experiences to our guests. You’ll coach and mentor to help your colleagues be successful and promote personal wellbeing and development along the way.
You will engage with our guests, taking time to understand their experiences, gather feedback, problem solve and share suggestions to the Guest Experience Manager. You will act as the main point of contact for parents and guardians of children visiting us independently and also be on rota as the overnight on-call duty manager.
Qualifications
You’ll already be an AIGL with at least three months experience. Previous experience of supervising a team is a bonus, but not essential for this position; you’ll naturally be able to motivate, encourage and bring out the best in others.
We will support you in achieving your goals, including all the training you need to be confident in your role.
