Higher Level Teaching Assisant Uxbridge, West London £32,000- £35,000 (depending on experience/qualifications) Temp to Perm Start date: ASAP/ March 2026 We are seeking a friendly, adaptable Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with experience supporting children and young people with severe and complex learning needs across a range of key stages. The HLTA will lead phonics interventions across the school and provide class cover when required, ensuring continuity in teaching and learning. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with subject leads, teachers, and class tutors to support effective differentiation and the implementation of appropriate learning strategies for all students.
