The Opportunity:
This is a 12-month FTC opportunity, with scope to extend or become permanent due to demand.
Due to growth in their leading platform, this well-established health-tech business is looking for an Onboarding Manager to assist clients through the post-sales experience before go-live.
You will effectively manage the onboarding journey, working closely with sales, Account Management, technical implementation, and support to ensure a seamless experience for every client.
Be the calm, serene presence above water while managing multiple projects below the surface, guiding clients from sale to go-live without stress or friction.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in project management, customer onboarding, or a similar role, preferably in SaaS or a technology-driven environment.
* Proven success in managing customer relationships and delivering projects on time.
* Experience with change management and driving customer adoption of new technologies.
* Strong project management skills, proficiency in tools like Jira, Hubspot, and LMS platforms.
* Relevant project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
* Experience working within the dental space is a plus.

* Base salary up to £40k plus a £5k bonus.
