At Teaching Personnel, we’re working closely with several primary schools across Retford and the surrounding areas, and they need reliable, friendly Teaching Assistants to join their teams from September.
What the role involves:
* Supporting pupils in class and during small-group activities
* One-to-one support for children who need extra help
* Working alongside teachers to manage behaviour and keep lessons on track
* Helping children build confidence in reading, writing, and maths
* Supporting children with additional needs (SEN experience a bonus)
Who we’re looking for:
* Someone positive, patient and enthusiastic
* A confident communicator who enjoys working with children
* Ideally holds a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* Has experience in schools, nurseries or similar settings (voluntary or paid)
* Available from September for at least 2 days a week

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
