Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telemarketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to promote our security services, utilising your communication skills to engage prospects effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales and telemarketing. Fluency in English is essential.
Duties
* Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in our offerings.
* Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers through effective communication.
* Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to closing sales.
* Maintain accurate records of calls made, outcomes achieved, and follow-up actions required.
* Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.
Requirements
* Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is highly desirable minimum 1 year experience is required.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
* A positive attitude and resilience in handling objections or rejections during calls and emails.
