They act for a wide range of clients including local families, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals. The client is now seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their team on a permanent basis.

Though they operate as a high street firm, the caseload includes a regular flow of complex and high-value estate matters, providing an engaging and rewarding working environment.
The Role:
* Handling a full spectrum of private client work: wills, probate, estate administration, LPAs, and trusts
* Advising on inheritance tax, lifetime planning, and asset protection
* Managing high-value and/or complex estate files independently
* Dealing with Court of Protection matters when required
* Maintaining excellent client relationships and upholding a high standard of service
* Collaborating with a close-knit, experienced team
Candidate Profile:
* Minimum of 3 years PQE in Private Client law (more experienced candidates encouraged to apply)
* STEP qualification (or working towards) preferred
* Technically strong with good attention to detail
* Warm, empathetic communication style with a focus on client care
* Able to work independently and contribute to a friendly team environment
