Assisting the support of in-house operational staff pre and post contract. Utilising inhouse systems and costing information for all works. Working as part of a group of Surveyors and trainee Surveyors in a defined team delivering a comprehensive Surveying and Estimating Service to Council Services. Contribute to key functional activities and initiatives as delegated by the Lead Surveyor/Quantity Surveying Team Manager. The Person If you meet the essential qualification criteria outlined below, we’d like to hear from you: Educated to SCQF level 5 which includes National 5 or SVQ level 2 or Standard Grades to Credit level or equivalent. Will be required to attend further education relevant to the post. Experience of working as part of a team and a knowledge of Quantity Surveying as a profession and the career progression. Before confirming to your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme. The ability to travel throughout Fife.
