Responsibilities include:
1. Managing customers via telephone and email
2. Updating customers with product information and order status
3. Performing administrative duties as required
Requirements:
* Previous experience in Customer Service
* Excellent communication skills
* Team player
* Good understanding of Microsoft and CRM systems
