Interim Head of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) - Strategic Lead Daily Rate: £250 - £300 Contract Length: 6 months Working Pattern: Full Time Location: UK - Hybrid Working (Office/Remote) The successful candidate will lead the delivery of the EDI strategy and governance framework, enhancing the learning and development (L&D) dimension of inclusion through an organisation-wide cultural competency programme. Key responsibilities will include: Lead the implementation of the EDI strategy, ensuring alignment and accountability across all levels. Design and execute a programme focused on awareness, behaviour change, and inclusive practises. Chair the Inclusion Council, monitor EDI KPIs, and produce quarterly reports for senior leadership. Act as the senior liaison for colleagues' networks, fostering alignment with EDI goals and empowering network leadership. Develop and deliver EDI learning campaigns and communications that resonate with diverse audiences. Essential Qualifications and Experience: Significant experience leading EDI strategy implementation within complex, matrixed organisations, preferably in the health or charity sectors.
