Position Summary:
The Sales Coordinator supports the Sales Director and Key Account Manager in driving retail and wholesale sales in the UK, EMEA and Australia. This role will be a key point of contact for all retail accounts and distributors in all aspects of account management and sales operations. This position reports into the Director, Sales for the UK, EMEA and Australia.
Accountabilities:
· Be a point of contact for all retail and distributor accounts; including, yet not limited to new launches and product information updates, order/ shipping status, pricing confirmation, marketing support needs, overall customer service.
· Coordinate key retailer weekly sales reports and circulate as required to the designated teams.
· Enter all sales orders and ensure timely delivery of all shipments.
· Prepare and coordinate price lists and communicate changes/updates to customers and Operations Teams.
· Support the Account Manager with any analysis they need for customer meeting presentations, in order to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
· Prepare and coordinate “New Customer” account information set up forms.
· Coordinate product launches and “newness” emails to customers as directed by the sales and marketing teams.
· Support the Sales Team in creating and executing best-in-class Trade Marketing plans (sampling, GWPs, CRM etc.) and securing effective visibility for the brand with all our Retailers.
· Administration of office supplies and general office requirements.
· Management of office sample ordering
· Support Sales and Education events where necessary
· Coordinate content updates with relevant retailers.
· Monitor and track regional market landscape.

· Requires strong interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to build positive/effective business partnerships.
· Requires excellent numerical and analytical skills with an eye for detail and high standards of performance.

· Must be highly organized and possess a strong level of administrative ability to effectively manage workload.
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook, previous experience in Navision and/or other sales related software is preferred.
· Must be able to prioritize competing tasks and to meet deadlines.
· Expert conducting business in virtual settings via Zoom, Teams and an ability to develop strong working relationships with remotely based teams.

Qualifications and experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience managing retail wholesale/retail/account management in a similar role; preferably in the beauty industry.
