The school supports young people aged 11–16 who are struggling in mainstream education—often due to trauma, social, emotional, or mental health needs, or a breakdown in school relationships. Your role will be to provide calm, consistent support that helps pupils rebuild confidence, trust, and belief in what they can achieve.
