Are you a dynamic and compassionate Physician Associate looking to make a meaningful difference in patient care? South Uttlesford PCN is seeking a motivated PA to join our forward-thinking multidisciplinary team, delivering outstanding care across our thriving rural and semi-rural communities. The position is offered as a 12 month fixed term contract on a part-time basis for 3 days per week. As a Physician Associate in our PCN, you'll play a pivotal role in patient care, including: Conducting face-to-face and telephone consultations Managing acute and chronic conditions Supporting long-term condition reviews Undertaking clinical assessments and diagnostics Contributing to continuity of care and preventative health You’ll be well-supported with supervision, regular CPD opportunities, and the chance to shape how new models of care evolve within primary care.
