We're seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a principal contractor on a high profile contract in Grimsby, supporting a major refurbishment project
The Role
Manage valuations, cost reporting, and CVRs
Oversee subcontractor procurement and payments
Track variations and ensure cost control
Liaise with site and commercial teams to maintain budget accuracy
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience as a QS with a main contractor
Strong background in refurbishment projects
Able to manage packages independently
