Job Description

This role is working as an administator for an established online counselling organisation called Access Counselling that offers low cost counselling to clients all over the UK. This post is remote and the employee works from home. The post is 10 hours per week. 9.30am-11.30am Monday-Friday.

The role will include:

- Booking in clients for appointments

- Dealing effectively with initial enquiries about counselling

- Dealing effectively with counsellor enquiries

- Managing cancellations

- Processing counsellor job applications

-Liaising with referral agencies

- Working collaboratively to improve administrative systems

- Passing on safeguarding concerns

- Being an ambassador for the organisation
