Paediatric Sexual Offences Examiner (ST4+ Doctors) – Training Provided
West Yorkshire
Part-time up to 32 hrs p/ week - Flexibility considered
Are you an experienced doctor (ST4+ equivalent) looking for a new, meaningful, and alternative career path?
Join our client, a leading provider in forensic and sexual assault care, as a Paediatric Sexual Offences Examiner based in West Yorkshire.
This is a unique opportunity to transition into a specialist field where compassionate care, clinical development, and multi-agency collaboration come together to support vulnerable children and young people. Training and suppor to become a specialist in the field.
About the Role
* Rota: 5–8 shifts/month, including weekends, with a mix of on-call and office hours

Your Responsibilities
* Conduct paediatric forensic examinations and holistic assessments (safeguarding, mental health, sexual health)
* Liaise with police, social services, and wider MDTs
* Contribute to quality improvement, service audits, and FFLM-aligned practice
* Ensure compliance with Forensic Science Regulator standards
What We’re Looking For
* GMC-registered doctor with ST4+ level experience in any clinical specialty
* Strong understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality
* Willingness to learn and adapt to a new field
* UK driving license and access to a car
* Resided in the UK for the past 3 years (Police vetting requirement)
Desirable but not essential:
* Experience in paediatrics, sexual health, O&G, or general practice
* FFLM membership or diploma
