The scheme comprises 1,000+ homes/flats across an extensive 110-acre site, blending private and affordable, community infrastructure, and high-quality public realm.
This is a rare senior leadership opportunity for a Project Director who thrives on complexity, collaboration, and long-term placemaking.
The Role
As Project Director, you will take full ownership of the delivery strategy and execution of this multi-phase residential programme. You will oversee pre-construction, design coordination, planning condition discharge, procurement, build progress, and overall commercial controls.
You will be the central link between senior leadership, project teams, consultants, and external stakeholdersensuring the development is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the high standards expected of a modern masterplan neighbourhood.
