This role will support the day-to-day running of the data function, delivering management reporting, business analysis and data-driven insights across the organisation. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business performance, reporting and ongoing data analysis. Key Responsibilities Produce management reports and business performance dashboards. Analyse operational and financial data to support decision-making. Support forecasting and budget planning activities. Assist with data migration. Extract, manipulate and present data from legacy and modern business systems. Support wider business analysis initiatives across the organisation. Contribute to ongoing digital transformation and AI initiatives. Experience Required Strong experience using Power BI and Excel. Ability to analyse, manipulate and present data effectively. Commercial awareness and strong numerical skills. Experience working with financial and operational data.
