This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to manage a full caseload of sale and purchase matters, working independently while delivering exceptional client service.
The Role The successful candidate will manage matters from file opening through to completion and archiving, covering both freehold and leasehold transactions .
They will take instructions, prepare documentation, manage billing, and maintain strong relationships with clients in the local area.
There may also be opportunities to take on delegated supervisory responsibilities, supporting the team as required.
Key Responsibilities Manage all stages of property transactions, from client instructions to file archiving Take instructions and advise clients effectively Prepare and obtain necessary documentation Handle billing and collection of monies due Maintain and develop legal knowledge and skills Support team members when needed What Were Looking For Experience handling residential property transactions (freehold and leasehold) Strong technical knowledge with the ability to explain complex issues clearly Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet xjlbheb deadlines Confident working independently and as part of a collaborative team Strong client-facing skills and professional approach to enquiries Good keyboard and IT skills This is a great opportunity for a property professional who is motivated, proactive, and committed to providing first-class service .
