About the Role:
As an ECT, you will receive tailored support and guidance as you begin your teaching career. You’ll deliver exciting and purposeful lessons across a broad and engaging curriculum while working alongside experienced teachers and school leaders.
We have a variety of full-time teaching positions available for the new academic year, with the option to gain paid experience in support roles starting after the October half term.
* Salary: £130–£160 per day (dependent on experience and placement)
* Hours: Full-time, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, inclusive lessons in line with the national curriculum
* Foster a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
* Support pupils’ academic and personal development
* Track and assess student progress effectively
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support pupil achievement
About You:
* Holds QTS or due to qualify by September 2025
* Passionate about delivering inspiring lessons and improving pupil outcomes
* Confident, adaptable, and eager to learn
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Reflective and open to feedback to support your ongoing professional development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
