Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 DOE
We are a dynamic and growing estate agency operating across Central Scotland, committed to delivering exceptional marketing for our clients. High-quality visual presentation is at the heart of what we do, and we are now looking for a talented Property Photographer & Videographer to join our team.
The Role
This position will cover properties across Central Scotland, with the successful candidate based at one of our three branches in Motherwell, Cambuslang or Livingston.
A pool car can be provided, therefore a full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
We are seeking a creative and highly skilled professional with proven property experience who can produce outstanding visual content that showcases homes at their absolute best.
The successful candidate must be able to confidently manage the full creative process — from shooting to editing and final delivery — and consistently produce high-end results.
A portfolio of previous property work is essential and must be submitted with your application.
Key Responsibilities
* Capture high-quality property photography using a 4K camera
* Produce cinematic property videos using a gimbal
* Shoot and edit professional-grade video content using Adobe Premiere Pro
* Edit and enhance imagery using Adobe Photoshop
* Operate a drone for aerial photography and videography (relevant certification required)
* Create engaging digital marketing content using Canva
* Produce immersive virtual tours
* Travel to properties across Central Scotland
* Deliver polished, client-ready content to strict deadlines
* Ensure all content aligns with our brand standards and high-quality expectations
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience in property photography and videography
* Strong portfolio demonstrating previous estate agency/property work
* Advanced skills in:
* Adobe Premiere Pro
* Adobe Photoshop
* Canva
* Experience operating a drone for property marketing
* Experience producing and editing high-quality 4K video
* Confident use of gimbal stabilisation systems
* Experience creating virtual tours
* Full, clean UK driving licence
* Excellent eye for detail, composition, lighting and storytelling
* Creative mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional standards
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Desirable
* Knowledge of property marketing trends
* Basic graphic design skills for brochures, social media and digital campaigns
* Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
