The recently refurbished, modern clinic features: Digital and dental X-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, tonometer, and orthopaedic equipment Three consult rooms and fully equipped surgical theatres A high surgical and soft tissue caseload Plans for future expansion, including a new 24-hour service The practice is supported by a dedicated team, including a Head Veterinary Nurse, five Registered Veterinary Nurses, three Client Care Assistants, and a Practice Manager. The Role – Lead Veterinary Surgeon The Lead Veterinary Surgeon will take a pivotal role in delivering clinical excellence and driving the development of the veterinary team. Responsibilities include: Leading consultations and surgical procedures to the highest medical and surgical standards Mentoring and supporting the clinical team Promoting best practices across the clinic Contributing to the growth and development of a new 24-hour service The ideal candidate will be an RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon confident working sole charge, with excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for exceptional patient care.
