Based in Sheffield, Sitehop is committed to providing cutting-edge security solutions that enhance network performance and prepare for future challenges, such as Post-Quantum Computing (PQC) and Net Zero transitions. About the Role: We’re looking for a Founder’s Associate to work directly with our Founder/CEO as her right hand - part strategist, part operator, part gatekeeper of time. You’ll help steer the business forward, ensure Melissa’s time is laser-focused on what matters most and keep the wheels turning whether you’re in the office, at an investor meeting, or halfway across the world (yes, you will travel with Melissa just about anywhere she goes)! This is a role for someone who thrives in high-growth, high-change environments. You’ll get involved in everything from strategic decision-making to on-the-ground execution and you’ll often be by Melissa’s side as she travels for key meetings, events and partnerships. What You'll Do: Strategic Support – Research, analyse, and prepare insights to help the Founder make fast, informed decisions. Founder Enablement – Manage Melissa’s calendar, priorities, and follow-ups, ensuring her time is spent on the highest-value activities. Project Management – Own and deliver cross-functional projects from idea to execution, often working across multiple teams. Travel & Event Coordination – Plan and coordinate trips, events, and on-the-road schedules to maximise impact while travelling. Operations & Process – Spot inefficiencies, implement fixes, and make sure things run smoothly behind the scenes. Investor & Partner Liaison – Support fundraising, investor relations, and strategic partnerships with well-prepared materials and follow-through. Special Projects – Jump into high-priority initiatives that could range from product launches to international expansion planning. About You: Commercially minded and highly adaptable to the point that you can pivot from strategy to execution without skipping a beat. Exceptionally organised so that you see three steps ahead and spot potential roadblocks before they appear. Comfortable with ambiguity meaning you can work from “We need to make this happen” without waiting for a detailed brief. Able to build strong relationships and communicate with absolute clarity at all levels. Energised by variety - no two weeks will look the same, and that excites you Essential Skills & Experience: You can be a fresh graduate or someone with 5 years experience. It doesn't matter. What DOES matter is team fit (with Melissa specifically), hunger to learn, humble to grow and an entrepreneurial spirit. Ability to manage projects and delivering results under tight deadlines. Strong organisational and time management skills with experience optimising executive schedules. Confident with data, presentations, and stakeholder management. Willingness to travel frequently, sometimes at short notice, sometimes in different time zones. Why this role rocks: Unmatched exposure to the inner workings of scaling a high-growth company. Opportunity to shape strategy and directly influence key decisions. Global travel and the chance to be in the room where it happens. Direct mentorship from the Founder/CEO. Clear path into leadership, operations, strategy, or Chief of Staff roles. If you’ve ever wanted a role that blends strategic impact, operational execution, and the thrill of being at the heart of it all - this is it.
