Talent Acquisition Partner
Location: Flexible/Work from home based in England with the ability to travel when required
Salary: c£35-50,000 + bonus + benefits including 25 days holiday, 12 Mindfulness days, and private medical

Your role will involve managing complex, high-quality talent acquisition campaigns for leading global and local organizations. You will develop and implement progressive TA strategies tailored to diverse business needs and align candidates with organizational goals. This is an account management role requiring exceptional sourcing skills, not a sales position.

The role includes:
* Delivering a world-class recruitment service efficiently and effectively
* Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing targeted solutions
* Understanding business goals and proactively delivering impactful recruitment strategies
* Evaluating and improving recruitment tactics to meet organizational objectives
* Implementing and measuring the success of recruitment initiatives
* Communicating operational strategies and vision
* Working collaboratively within the team and managing assignments
* Providing regular MI reports to stakeholders
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Monitoring industry trends to enhance recruitment delivery
The person we seek:
* Ideally degree educated
* Experience working remotely successfully
* Proven recruitment or talent acquisition experience within large organizations
* Ability to identify high-potential talent
* Experience recruiting across various roles and levels, especially in FMCG, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Retail
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels
* Ability to build relationships and deliver excellent customer service
* In-house or RPO talent acquisition experience preferred
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and committed to quality and service excellence
* Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and pace
* Effective in engaging and obtaining buy-in from others
* Proactive, adaptable, and professional in decision-making and communication
