Role Overview
As a Sales Manager, you will:
1. Coach colleagues to inspire customers to buy the best products for their needs, regardless of how they shop with us.
2. Lead a highly engaged team, understanding their strengths and development needs, supporting their personal growth.
3. Inspire colleagues to prioritize the customer while achieving sales and profit goals.
4. Create excitement around new product launches and demonstrate how new technology can enhance customer experience.
This role is ideal for someone eager to grow with our business, constantly seeking ways to improve store performance and share knowledge with the team.
Requirements
* Management experience in a similar sales-driven environment.
* Proven coaching skills, a hands-on management style, and a passion for team development.
* Ability to identify commercial opportunities to maximize sales.
* Confidence in leading and approachable demeanor with colleagues and customers.
* Interest in learning about the latest technology.
