Credit Controller\n\nCentral Reading - Free Parking on Site\n\n£28K - £30K \n\nImmediate opening for a Credit Controller in an established and growing construction recruitment business based in central Reading. This Credit Controller role provides good scope for growth and early responsibility within a supportive Credit Control team and gives exposure to the full credit control cycle. \n\nPlease note that this role is office-based, not remote.\n\nThe Role:\n\nWorking within our small, friendly team in our Reading Head Office, as a credit controller you will carry out all aspects of general credit control management and cash collection including:\n\nLedger management\nChasing outstanding debt and payments\nCreating reports\nMaintaining debtor days within agreed levels\nDealing with queries from both internal and external stakeholders\nSending out and reconciling client statements\nMaintaining accurate records of all client communication\nChecking insurance availability on new and existing clients \n\nExperience Required: \n\nThe ideal candidate will have some experience of working within a Credit Control or Finance team with an understanding of the critical role that Credit Control plays within the Finance function.
