We're hiring a Land Consents Coordinator - perfect for a recent grad or someone keen to pivot into the world of land rights, telecoms, and infrastructure. You'll be part of a growing team supporting national clients and learning the ropes of Wayleave and Easement agreements.
What You'll Bring
* Degree or experience in property, law, utilities, fibre, or similar
* Full, clean driving licence
* Strong communication and attention to detail
* Confidence working independently and in a team
* Interest or awareness of Wayleave, Easement, and Compulsory Purchase
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing Wayleave and Easement agreements from start to finish
* Visiting sites across the UK
* Submitting applications to Network Operators
* Liaising with solicitors and supporting legal completions
* Attending meetings and supporting negotiations
* Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
* Providing clear updates to clients
